Prices & Payment
Prices for each item are clear and stated.  

Taxes, fees, and shipping will be added at checkout.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

Shipping will be deducted for local pick up orders.
Payments are to be made electronically or if you are doing local pickup – cash is accepted and a receipt will be provided.
I do offer after pay/Klarna and will work with you if you need to provide a deposit.  

However, no orders will be shipped or delivered until payment is received in full.

Appearance of Finished Keepsake
Your order will be created using your exact specifications and inclusions.  

I will take a photo of your setting and inclusions before I begin creating to prove that your piece is made with your specific items. 
Every piece is different, as they are made with different inclusions from clients.  

Your piece will not appear exactly like another piece as elements and inclusions do vary.
I will do my best to place the items to your specifications.  

However, hair is incredibly difficult to work with therefore if you do not specify how or where you would like the hair to appear in your design it will be up to my discretion for placement.
I am using a high quality jewelry resin, therefore air bubbles are natural and can occur.  

I do, however, work very hard to prevent them.  

This is normal for resin jewelry and will not be classified as fault or defective.
All the metalworks that I use are handmade – please keep in mind that there can be inconsistencies as this is normal in jewelry that is not mass produced.

Care Instructions

We want your jewelry to last forever, therefore it is essential that you follow our care instructions

• Avoid sleeping, showering, bathing or exercising in your jewelry as it can scratch or damage your setting and or stone.

• Do not swim in your jewelry.  Not only could it get lost, you could also damage

your setting or stone.  Resin is not waterproof.  And many metals when exposed to moisture can tarnish over time.

• Do not sunbathe, use a tanning bed, or store your jewelry in direct sunlight – this can cause the stone to yellow

• A polishing cloth will be included with your piece, please use this to shine and polish your setting.  Do not clean with water

• Handwashing is fine, as long it is not excessive, but do keep in mind soaps and chemicals COULD damage your stone or setting if you wash your hands 100s of

times of day (ex: nurse, doc)

• Avoid harsh chemicals – Cleaning solutions, lotions, hand sanitizer etc
If care instructions are followed, we are sure that your keepsake can stand the test of time!
A copy of these instructions will be included with your order.

Warranty
I honor a 90-day warranty.  

If your piece should discolor or damage due to natural causes and not due to negligence or failure to care for your piece.  I will attempt to correct your piece or offer a hefty discount on a new piece. 

You will be required to cover shipping costs back to me.  

I will not refund items damaged in transit once they have left our office.

Returns
If there is a quality issue with your piece, it is up to my discretion to allow the return based on the nature of the incident. 
Returns for incorrect sizing will not be accepted, unless it is the fault of Precious Stonements.

Refunds
Refunds are at the discretion of Precious Stonements.

By purchasing and placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as clearly stated here on our website.

Inclusion Shipping Instructions
If you are local to Anderson, SC I offer drop off and pick up from my home office.

Please note in your order instructions if you plan to pick up/drop off so we can plan a time that works for both of us. 😊
All shipments should be mailed in a USPS Priority mail bubble mailer.

Priority mail is insured and comes with tracking and promises delivery usually within 2 days.

I have seen it take three days if you drop your shipment off late in the day with USPS.

Precious Stonements is not responsible for any lost or damaged inclusions.

Therefore, I do not recommend sending the last of anything.

The last thing I want is for your inclusions to be lost or damaged in transit.
Please label your zip lock with your name as it appears on our order, and the order number provided with your purchase confirmation.

Cremation Remains
Please send up to one tablespoon of your loved one or pet’s remains.

I will send back any unused remains unless you request that I keep them on file for a future order.
Please package your remains in a double bagged Ziplock or leak proof container and then into a Ziplock.

If you opt for Ziplock, I always recommend double bagging.

Breastmilk
DO NOT SHIP FROZEN MILK!
Please ship up to 2 oz of your breastmilk.

Please use a breastmilk storage bag and double bag your breastmilk to prevent any leaks.
I ask that you do not ship your milk frozen as it is more likely to leak as frozen milk expands and thawed milk will be easier to get any air out of the breastmilk bag to ensure safer shipment.
**If you are shipping more than one milk, please label which one is which if we are making two separate stones.
**Please be sure to add a breastmilk preservation to your cart – this covers all milks.

Hair
Please provide a 1” or 2” lock of hair.

Please bind the hair together using a thread string etc. to ensure that it stays together in one piece.

Please seal it in a Ziplock bag prior to placing in your shipping package.

Flower Petals
Please provide 2 or 3 large petals of 5-6 small petals so there will be enough to create your piece.

Please make sure that petals are completely dried before shipping.

Please seal your flower petals in Ziplock bag before placing in the shipping package.

Cemetery Mud/Dirt
Please provide (1) Tablespoon of cemetery mud/dirt and seal it in a Ziplock bag prior to placing in the shipping package

Umbilical Cord
Please place your umbilical cord in a Ziplock bag.

Please be sure it is dried prior to shipping.

As a personal preference, I do not work with blood.

Extra/Unused Inclusions
Any extra or unused breastmilk will be discarded.

Any leftover PRESERVED breastmilk will be held for any future orders, unless you would like that I ship the preserved breastmilk back, please specify
Any leftover unused cremation ashes, hair, umbilical cord, flowers etc will be returned with your finished order.
